I’ve partnered with leading organisations on large-scale transformation, leadership development and team effectiveness, with clients including Shell, Siemens, Microsoft, Ericsson, and major Australian companies like CommBank and Westpac. These experiences have given me valuable insight into the complexities of high-pressure environments and the importance of tailored support for professionals.

I always knew I wanted to be a coach. I love understanding how people think, feel and behave. I grew up in regional NSW, then headed for the big city to complete my undergraduate and Masters degrees at the University of Sydney.
