Workshops

I design and facilitate team building workshops for organisations, focused on improving how people work together. These workshops are often delivered alongside one-to-one coaching and are tailored to the specific context, challenges and objectives of the team.

Workshops focus on team effectiveness, communication and working relationships, with particular attention to the dynamics that influence performance, collaboration and wellbeing at work. The emphasis is on practical insight, shared understanding and applying learning in real workplace environments.

Sessions are structured, purposeful and grounded in psychology. They provide teams with a common language to better understand themselves and each other, improve communication and navigate challenges more effectively.

Where appropriate, workshops incorporate evidence-based tools such as the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI 2.0) to support insight into motivation, behaviour and relationship dynamics at work. The choice of tools is guided by what will be most useful for the team and the outcomes being sought.

Team building workshops are designed for intact teams and leadership teams and are scoped in consultation to ensure they align with organisational priorities. From time to time, workshops may also be adapted to support broader leadership or organisational needs where this approach is the most effective way to support change.
