Skill and Will is operated by Trish Kensell, Registered Psychologist, and provides career coaching, leadership development and organisational consulting services. Skill and Will may use trusted third party service providers to support the operation of the practice, such as scheduling systems, documentation tools or communication platforms.

Information shared during coaching or psychological services is treated as confidential.
In most circumstances information will only be shared with your consent. This may include communication with another professional involved in your care or with an organisation funding coaching services.
Psychologists may also seek professional consultation or supervision where appropriate. In these situations identifying information is removed.
