Session 1 – What brought you here and where would you like to go? 

We start by clarifying your career goals and direction. Together, we identify your values, strengths, and focus areas so you know what matters most. This sets a clear foundation for the work ahead and helps shape the journey you want to take.

Session 2 – Understand and explore the current situation

Using assessments and tools, we explore your present situation and what might be holding you back. We look at your strengths, overdone strengths, and new skills or behaviours that could support change. This gives us a practical view of where you are starting from.

Outplacement Services

Session 3 – Create a Personal Transition Plan

Here we design a clear action plan with steps you can follow. We focus on achievable short-term goals and longer-term outcomes that matter to you. We also agree on how success will be measured, so you can see progress and know what good looks like.

Session 4 – Begin implementing the change

As you start putting your plan into action, we track your progress and adjust along the way. We reflect on new insights, overcome barriers, and introduce resources like books, courses, or tools. These supports help keep you moving steadily towards your goals.

Session 5 – Ready to flourish 

Here we review your progress and celebrate your success. Its time to think about whats next. We work out whether you need more from me, or other supports, or can keep going on your own. Youre always welcome to contact me for a booster!
